The frame of the spreader is from a 80 Pound Lesco Spreader. The hopper was destroyed on this spreader so it made for the perfect donor frame.I picked up the tank from Rural King. This is a 9 gallon tank designed to be attached to the back of an ATV and used as a spot sprayer. This came with a small 1 GPM pump, but I replaced that with a larger pump. This is no longer available from Rural King but is available elsewhere. I attached the tank to the frame with various size screws and custom aluminium mounts. I bought all these at the local home improvement store. My tank actually has screw treads inserts already so I built the mounts to match those and the holes in the Lesco frame.

To power the unit I picked up this battery. It is a 12V 12 amp battery. I could have went larger, but it is not needed with my lawn size. The other electrical components include the main power switch on the side of the unit, a charging port and the handle switch. I decided to go with a charging port because I wanted to. 

For the boom itself. that is just a piece of 3/4 inch electrical conduit I painted black. These rest of the components were ordered from SpraySmarter and the list and quantity of parts can be found below.
