If you came here hoping for a 20,000 word expose’ on 50 totally unrelated life events that inspired this Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!
THE RECIPE
- About 13-14 Ghost Peppers
- 4 Jalepenos
- Around 15 Red Chili Peppers
- 2 Green Bell Peppers
- 1 Can of Sliced Pineapple
- 1 Tablespoon of slightly dried Ginger
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Whole Large Garlic
- 2-3 Large Carrotts
- 1/2 Gallon of White Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons of Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon of Curry Powder
- Salt to Taste
THE INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash all ingredients.
- Roast the Peppers, Onions and Carrotts
- Add all ingredients, except the pineapple and honey and bring to a boil
- Cover and reduce the concoction until it is around 50%ish reduced.
- Add Pineapple and Honey
- Cook a bit more
- Blend it
- Can it
- Enjoy it
