The Hot Sauce

If you came here hoping for a 20,000 word expose’ on 50 totally unrelated life events that inspired this Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

THE RECIPE

  • About 13-14 Ghost Peppers
  • 4 Jalepenos
  • Around 15 Red Chili Peppers
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 Can of Sliced Pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon of slightly dried Ginger
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Whole Large Garlic
  • 2-3 Large Carrotts
  • 1/2 Gallon of White Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of Curry Powder
  • Salt to Taste

THE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash all ingredients.
  • Roast the Peppers, Onions and Carrotts
  • Add all ingredients, except the pineapple and honey and bring to a boil
  • Cover and reduce the concoction until it is around 50%ish reduced.
  • Add Pineapple and Honey
  • Cook a bit more
  • Blend it
  • Can it
  • Enjoy it
